Interactive Tasting, Cooking & Pairing Class!

Stay in and DIY this Valentine’s day (or any dinner!) by learning to make these dishes that are simple enough for any skill level but will wow your loved one.
Chef Stacy Gregerson (Stacked in Menomonie) will teach us all the skills we need to make:
– 100% grassfed steak with a blue cheese sauce
– Parmesan and truffle scallops
– Smashed Yukon gold potatoes
– Bread with seasoned oil for dipping
– Red wine poached pears
During the cooking demonstration and tasting we will go over the finer points of knowing how to pair wines that accentuate each course. This includes trying them!
Participants will leave confident! You will be able to taste all of the dishes, will see all of the dishes being made and will be able to ask questions or try it yourself. We will provide shopping tips, recipes for you to take home and even the wine and steak…..
